These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from SilentGlam. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email once it's accepted. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you get a full refund.

Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already accepted. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we'll contact you before proceeding.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. We accept major cards and the digital wallets shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely; we never store your full card details.

Discounts

Only one discount code may be used per order. Codes can't be combined with other promotions and have no cash value. We may withdraw a promotion at any time.

Product descriptions

We work hard to describe and photograph our pieces accurately. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and handmade or plated finishes may have minor natural variation. Measurements are approximate.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including images, text, and design, belongs to SilentGlam and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site for anything unlawful, don't attempt to interfere with its operation, and don't scrape or copy it for commercial use.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where the law doesn't allow it. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
