Every order ships free, worldwide, with no minimum spend.
Processing time
We prepare and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 6-14 business days, depending on your location. Busy periods such as the holidays can add a few days.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it the whole way. If tracking hasn't moved in over 7 days, email us and we'll chase the carrier for you.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside our dispatch region may occasionally attract import duties or taxes set by your local customs authority. These aren't included at checkout and are the recipient's responsibility.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, email us within 14 days and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
